At Radical Entertainment I conceived and directed the design of Prototype, an original action‐adventure IP built around shapeshifting combat, open-world traversal and chaotic freedom. I defined the core mechanic pillars, established tone, system design and narrative hooking for a Manhattan-scale sandbox where power and spectacle make friends.

RESULT: The game launched to strong critical reception, reached platinum sales and established a franchise that still influences open-world power fantasies today.

Created the core shapeshift mechanic and player progression loop, linking power fantasy with deep identity systems.
